Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in hammer use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Morthos speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Morthos enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Morthos learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently the stress of being a Bricklayer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Werydd was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Werydd alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Robert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
