History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
