Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a grey shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and brown pants. His silver hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Mercenary, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, John was taken on many hunting expeditions. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.
