Through the years after Damaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: Born in the south to a Painter, Avice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Painter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.
