Oppleby's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Gorbundus speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her ceremonial dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her blue hair is braided into rings. Her black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to prove her worth to the world
