History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Shivering's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Herbalist profession.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to be a herbalist again

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she feels threatened by others
