Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Heather's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His golden hair is cut short. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Performer who has hired him part-time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bellfounder profession.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a brown tunic with pastel highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has shaved her head bald. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jacoba isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jacoba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
