Description: This northern man wears an entirely red suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Kansif's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Kansif was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her long blonde hair reaches down to her waist. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Mortician. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
