Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Uthemar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
