History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Veloptima reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. History: Quarion was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Corkitron lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
