History: Ermina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ermina was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Dyer. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by her family

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: This western woman sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has a long red ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears just a white suit. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.
