Personality: Philomena wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Philomena studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
