History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born in a small forest village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
