Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oskar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
