Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out.
