History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Sarai took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found

Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
