History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy.
