Description: This woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her left hand. Her auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Barbena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an entirely black suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She keeps her long white crest kept up in a rat tail. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Gesrethe hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion; and many illithids want her driven away

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a simple brown robe with tan stripes complete with hood. Her fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
