Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a red coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. She has wavy blonde hair. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bree was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
