History: Pallabar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Pallabar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Courier father left her crippled. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This late middle aged man is typically in his Mayor uniform and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Hunter was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
