Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Oblar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
