Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Rangrim's homeland. Rangrim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
