History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kipper grew up listening to his father's many stories. When Kipper reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age her father died while driving off some giants. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in shield use. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
