Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
