History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Mella was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is content

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Lilith reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and retire the richest woman in the west
