Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Kipper was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in a small island village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Murook was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion
