History: Gifted from a young age, Kipper studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kipper took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sumnes was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She tends to her Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
