History: Gifted from a young age, Dell studied abroad. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
