History: Gifted from a young age, Bilga studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
