Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His tied-back hair is silver. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She wears grey trousers with white and pastel striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Fletcher uniform. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
