History: She was born in a small forest village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jillian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jillian. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She's in love; and wants her loneliness to end
