History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mortician. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Faran never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
