History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and to clean up the streets

History: Born in the south to a Bricklayer, Shivering learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
