History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She worked as a nervous Server and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Merla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Merla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Merla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Olgoth wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and sabotage a competitor
