Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
