History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. His hair is red and curly. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the west to a Stableman, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. John grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
