History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Nim was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now mingles about in high society.
