She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
