Hobart's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
