History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Hillanot was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Cook. She became a Cook soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Burgell was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
