Personality: Efferil speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Efferil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
