History: He is a Lamia in disguise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Unemployed, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by her family.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
