History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult
