Through the years after Elaim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Elaim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Khrosh studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
