History: Gifted from a young age, Emerald studied abroad. Her first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Assassin who has hired her part-time. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to settle down with her crush
