Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: Gorbundus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gimurt lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and an old rival family wants him found
