Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roge isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and retire the richest woman in the east
