History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Jarana reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away.
