History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Painter, but she got bored and became a Fletcher. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
