Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Gardener mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to clean up the streets

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by her family
